Nobody will refuse these chops. This is a hearty and tasty dish that our family really loved. The chops are tender, juicy on the inside, and a delicious crispy potato crust on top.
Ingredients:
chicken fillet
potatoes
flour
mayonnaise
eggs
salt
spice
vegetable oil
Cut 500 g of chicken fillet (breast) into thin layers 7-10 mm thick. You don't need to cut any thicker, because these chops cook very quickly.
We beat the meat on both sides, then rub it with salt and pepper. If you like other spices, add them. I sometimes like to add some chopped garlic too.
Rub 3-4 potatoes on the finest grater, and squeeze out the resulting juice. Add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, salt a little to taste.
Drive in 1 chicken egg, add a little flour so that the potato mass is like batter in consistency. 2-3 tablespoons of flour will be sufficient.
Pour some flour into a separate bowl. We take a piece of chicken fillet, roll it in flour, then dip it in potato batter and fry in a pan in vegetable oil.
The chops are then spread on paper towels to absorb the oil. After that we serve with any side dish. Bon appetit, friends!
