Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 47 kg.

The breakfast consisted of my buckwheat bread with butter (5 g) and caviar carp (20 g). And the most important thing - it's curd cheesecake with berries (180 g) - it seems to me delicious, I have not eaten! Or just for a long time I did not eat anything like that. With green tea cheesecake I ate without noticing how. Be sure to share with you the recipe later.

Breakfast is turned on 345 kcal.

And, of course, vitamins and omega -3 accept for breakfast at meal time.

The weather is awful. Early June to tease us hot days, and now apparently it's time to cool us. Our second day the rain poured down without stopping and only 11 degrees!

Well I will not have to go to work. Just run to the store for everyday products.

We are here, for example, procuring about once a month of all household cleaning products, which is already finished and all food and snacks. And then re-buy every week that the ends of the products. And products such as, for example, bread, milk, cottage cheese, vegetables - as needed, and of course, those products that missed and they suddenly ended.

I also like to economize a variety of events and if you come across a very profitable - then buy in store (of course non-perishable food).

But today the rain ran for eggs and cheese. Eggs takes a lot from us. I do not have time to buy).

Maybe you have a useful life hacking? Share?

Snack I now consisted of apricots (150 g) and 20 g of nuts - 190 kcal.

With such weather only, and remains, that work all day and be interrupted for cooking.

For lunch I prepared myself squash casserole (mine are not very fond of squash - but I will get more vkusnyahi). Casserole turned out amazing. And why am I just thought about it - I do not know. Apparently in the season I want to squash a variety of dishes with them, that the memory tries to pulls out of the bins are different ways of cooking.

250g Pumpkin and casseroles Borodinskiy bread (50 g) was pulled in to dinner 305 kcal.

After lunch the work saw green tea and ate 30 g cheese - 110 kcal.

For dinner at me today omelet with chives of two eggs and 50 ml of a 2.5% milk. And also not resist the slice squash casseroles - about 100 g.

Dinner came to 300 kcal.

Total for the day turned 1250 kcal.

Water drinking bad cold. Norma (which is 30 ml per kilogram of body weight) to get a little.
