I recently found this recipe, potato donuts turn out to be very tasty, with an appetizing crispy crust, and tender inside. Delight! These donuts need to be eaten hot, cooled down are no longer so tasty.

Ingredients:

Potatoes
Cheese
Garlic
Eggs
Bulb onions
Starch
Vegetable oil
Butter
Salt
Spice

Cook 0.5 kg of potatoes until tender. Drain the water, salt to taste and knead until puree. If the potatoes are too "dry", add a small lump of butter.

Cool the resulting mashed potatoes a little, we need it warm, but not too hot. During this time, you can do something else.

For example, grate 100 grams of cheese. Also fry the onion (1 pc) in vegetable oil, cut into small cubes. Fry until golden brown.

Add 2 eggs, grated cheese, 2 chopped garlic cloves to warm mashed potatoes.

Put 2-3 tablespoons of starch or flour and stir until smooth. We form small balls about the size of a walnut and fry in a large amount of vegetable oil.

Put the potato donuts on paper towels so that the excess oil is absorbed, and after a minute, serve. Put the fried onions on top of the donuts. Very tasty! Bon appetit, friends!
