Here's how I cook crab balls in the oven. It is very tasty, no one can resist them! And the most important thing is that cooking is simple, fast, there are not many ingredients, and they are all available. So rather write the recipe into your cookbook :)))
Preparation:
So, to make these crab balls, we need 2 packs of crab sticks or crab meat (about 500 grams). Cut them into small cubes or grate them on a coarse grater.
Add chopped herbs to them (I usually use green onions, as well as parsley). You can do without greens at all, it will still turn out very tasty!
Now put 2 slices of loaf (or baguette, white bread). The bread must be finely crumbled. There is no need to soak it, as everyone is used to doing when cooking cutlets!
Then beat until smooth 1 egg and 2 tablespoons of sour cream, add to the crab sticks. Put half a teaspoon of mustard, salt to taste, pepper.
From the resulting mass we form small balls with our hands and put them on a baking sheet (cover with paper). Sprinkle some grated cheese on top, if desired. The balls do not need to be made too large. The optimal size is about a walnut.
We bake the crab balls in the oven for 7-10 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. We serve them with any side dish, or separately as a snack. Bon appetit, dear friends!
