I am telling you my favorite recipe for cooking potatoes in pots. It turns out very tasty, it melts right in the mouth. The husband says that he loves this potato the most. So write down the recipe, please your loved ones.

Preparation:

I am writing the recipe for 4 pots. If you need more or less, then adjust the proportions yourself - there is nothing difficult about it.

So, cut 8 potatoes (large) into squares about 2x2 centimeters in size. Melt 50-70 g of butter in a frying pan and fry the potatoes until golden brown.

Fry potatoes almost until tender. Salt it to taste, pepper it. You can add some garlic. My favorite is dried granulated.

I do not recommend adding any other spices and seasonings. Because they will overpower the creamy taste of the potatoes and the result may disappoint you.

While the potatoes are fried, you need to heat the pots in the oven. Also grate 80-100 g of hard cheese.

Lubricate the heated pots a little from the inside with butter, spread the fried potatoes and pour cream - about 50 ml in each pot.

Additionally, you can put another small piece of butter on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese and put in the oven at 180 degrees. At the same time, the pots can be closed with a lid, or you can not close them - then the cheese will brown on top.

After 10-15 minutes, the pots with creamy potatoes can be removed from the oven and treated to loved ones. Sprinkle with herbs on top if desired. Delicious! Bon appetit, friends!
