The first time I cooked a little - for testing, my husband really liked it, he said that next time I would make three times more such eggplants under a fur coat.

Preparation:

We need 2 eggplants. Cut them into circles and a little obliquely. Sprinkle lightly with salt and leave for 10-15 minutes to leave the bitterness.

At this time, let's start preparing the meat "fur coat". We take 500 grams of any minced meat. Add 1 egg, salt and spices to taste, put one small onion, cut into small cubes, a clove of garlic. You can add any greens to the minced meat. In general, the minced meat turns out like cutlets.

Now we take a little minced meat and put it on the eggplant, pressing it with your hand. To keep nothing from falling apart, you need breading. Therefore, first roll the eggplants with minced meat in flour, then in a beaten egg and put the minced meat down in the pan. Fry on both sides until tender.

You can do it a little differently and bake in the oven. Then the breading is no longer needed. In this case, put the eggplants down. And on top you can sprinkle the minced meat with grated cheese. It also turns out very tasty and not greasy. Bon appetit, friends!
