Today I want to share a recipe for an appetizer from fried bell peppers for barbecue and not only. It is very simple, but very tasty. In pepper season, this is our number one snack. The longer it is in the refrigerator, the tastier it becomes. Therefore, you can safely cook more.

Recipe:
Pepper -8-10 pcs.
Greens - 1 bunch
Garlic -4-5 teeth.
Salt -1 / 3 tsp.
Lemon juice -2 tbsp
Vegetable oil -4-5 tbsp.
Black pepper - to taste
Cooking method
Wash the pepper and dry it. Pour 4 tablespoons vegetable oil into the pan. put the whole pepper and fry the pepper until tender, covered over low heat.
In the process, turn the pepper over so that it does not burn. You don't need to take out the seeds beforehand and you don't need to pierce the pepper either, it should be cooked in its own juice. The finished peppers are blown away and the juice remains in them.
Now remove the pepper from the pan and let it cool slightly. During this time, we will prepare the dressing. Chop dill and parsley with a knife, put in a bowl, add 4-5 cloves of garlic. Salt 1/3 tsp., Black pepper to taste, add 2-3 tbsp lemon juice. Pour in the oil on which the pepper was fried.
We mix. Peel the peppers, remove the seeds, collect the juice and add to the dressing. Cut into strips. Add the dressing to the pepper, mix, close and leave to brew. Now we serve to the table. It turns out a very tasty appetizer. Recommend.
