The pie just melts in your mouth - the dough is airy, tender, and what flavor it is during baking is beyond words. We will cook yeast dough, so you will have to tinker a little and wait until it comes up, but believe me: the result will not disappoint you. Write down the recipe so you don't get lost!

Ingredients for the cake:

milk
flour
yeast
cheese
butter
eggs
sugar
salt

Let's make a yeast dough for the pie. I knead it in warm milk. We take 200 ml of milk, add 0.5 tablespoons of sugar and put 1.5 teaspoons of dry yeast. Stir and leave for 10-15 minutes for the yeast to start working.

Then add one egg, 50 grams of soft butter, half a teaspoon of salt and flour - about 300-350 grams. Knead the dough and put it in a warm place.

While the dough is suitable, you can prepare the filling - grate 200 grams of cheese. We also need to melt the butter (about 100-120 g). Melt the butter when the dough is almost ready.

As soon as the dough increases in volume by about 2 times, we proceed directly to the preparation of the pie. To begin with, divide the dough into 6-8 equal parts. The number of pieces depends on the size of the pan in which the cake will be baked.

We take one part of the dough, roll it into a cake (roll it out rather thinly) and put it in a greased mold. Sprinkle cheese on top. Put the second flat cake on top and pour melted butter over it.

Then the third cake and cheese again, and pour the next with melted butter. And so we alternate until the last cake. Grease it with egg yolk, do not sprinkle with cheese. If you want, add it 10 minutes before cooking so that it does not burn.

Now we take a knife and make cuts throughout the cake, but do not cut to the end and do not separate the pieces. We leave for 20 minutes in a warm place, and then send to the oven. Cook the cake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Bon appetit, friends!
