So, we take 100 grams of good butter. It is better not to save on butter and choose a quality one, which contains only pasteurized cream and nothing else. The oil should be softened so that it is easy to work with.

You will also need about 50 grams of greens. Take the most different greens that you have or that you like. I usually use green onions, dill and parsley in different proportions. Or one type of greenery, whichever is at hand. The greens must be washed, dried and chopped finely with a knife. You can also grind it with a blender.

Mix the greens with softened butter, add a pinch of salt, as well as a little lemon juice, I always sprinkle it on the eye, but I think the juice is about half a teaspoon or a little more. Mix again with a fork or blender and the butter is ready to use.

And a little about how to store it. The soft butter must be collected or rolled into a ball or "sausage". Then it must be wrapped in parchment or plastic wrap, a plastic bag and put in the refrigerator to freeze.

Usually I spread this butter on bread, make different sandwiches (caviar or a piece of salted red fish on top, cheese).
