I have a lot of apples this year, so now I often bake with them. To be honest, I was already tired of Charlotte, so I started looking for other recipes for pies and found it! Today I will tell you how to make a delicious sour cream pie with apples. I highly recommend this recipe!

Ingredients:

apples
sour cream
sugar
flour
butter
eggs
baking powder
cinnamon optional
icing sugar optional

First, let's prepare the dough. To do this, mix 250 grams of flour and 1 teaspoon of baking powder in a bowl. Add 150 g of butter, cut into small pieces. Mix everything thoroughly to form a crumb.

Now add 100g sour cream and knead the dough. We wrap it in plastic wrap or just put it in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Then we take out the dough and distribute it in shape, pressing it to the sides and to the bottom. It turned out, as it were, the basis for our pie. The baking dish must first be greased with butter.

Now let's get started. We need 1 kg of apples or a little more. Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into slices. We spread the apples in a mold (on a dough base).

Next, we prepare another sour cream dough. It will already be of a different consistency - liquid. In a bowl, beat with a mixer or a whisk 200 g sour cream, 220 g sugar (if the apples are very sweet, then add less sugar), 3-3.5 tablespoons of flour and 1 egg.

Fill the apples with the resulting mixture and send the pie to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. The pie is cooked for about 1 hour. It turns out moist and delicious!

If desired, sprinkle the finished cake with a mixture of cinnamon and powdered sugar on top. Bon appetit, dear friends!
