Today I will share another recipe for shortbread cookies for your loved ones for Valentine's Day. Crumbly, very tasty biscuits stuffed with boiled condensed milk and heart-shaped nuts are perfect for a romantic tea party. #Valentine's Day #Valentine's Day #February 14
Ingredients: flour, butter, sugar, egg, baking powder, boiled condensed milk, any nuts
Cooking method:
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and chilled, diced butter until crumbly. It is very convenient to do this in the bowl of a blender or food processor, but you can also use your hands.
Now you can add the liquid, in this case the egg. It makes the dough more dense and durable. We quickly mix the dough until smooth, never need to mix this type of dough for a long time, this will make it "oak".
We spread it on the work surface, collect it in a ball and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
After the lapse of time, we take it out of the refrigerator and roll it into a cake about half a centimeter thick.
Cut out with a heart-shaped cookie cutter and carefully transfer to a baking sheet.
We bake at a temperature of 180 ° C for 10-15 minutes, taking into account the characteristics of your oven.
The cookies come out dry and crumbly. With this portion of the test, I got 2 baking sheets.
Grind the nuts into crumbs, I have walnuts, but you can take any.
Let the cookies cool down a bit. Then we find a pair for each cookie and put boiled condensed milk on one of them. We connect the two halves, we also coat the ends of the cookies with condensed milk and roll in chopped nuts.
Cookies are ready! Bon Appetit!
