I take lavash + minced meat and cook lazy pasties. So simple and so delicious

When I’m too lazy to cook or there’s no time, and the family is hungry, I take pita bread, minced meat and make super-quick lazy pasties. It turns out incredibly delicious! And most importantly, you don't have to mess with the dough. Take note of my recipe!

Preparation:

For pasties, I always take mixed minced pork + beef. But you can use absolutely any mince you like. Salt and pepper to taste. Add chopped onions and herbs.

In order for the pasties to be juicy and tasty, add a little water - a few tablespoons, depending on how much minced meat you have.

Now we take the most ordinary thin pita bread and cut out round blanks from it. It is very convenient to do this with a plate - just attach it and cut it out.

In this case, the pasties will turn out to be of the correct shape, beautiful, even, but there will be a lot of scraps from which you cannot make anything later.

Therefore, to save lavash, you can simply cut it into pieces, so that later you get pasties of a triangular or rectangular shape.

Now we take a piece of lavash, put the minced meat filling on one edge, and cover with a free edge on top. To prevent the pasties from falling apart, grease the edges with a beaten egg.

Fry the resulting blanks on both sides in a pan in vegetable oil. Lazy pasties are ready in a hurry. Bon appetit, dear friends!
