Delicious, airy and quick muffins that I cook very often. Cupcakes are especially tasty when hot and should be eaten right away. I recommend writing down my recipe, because it is very good and will help you out.
Ingredients:
sour cream
cheese
sausage
eggs
salt
flour
baking powder
oil
Take two eggs and beat them lightly with a whisk until smooth. Add 200 grams of sour cream, a pinch of salt and mix.
Then we rub 150 grams of cheese on a coarse grater, usually I have leftovers, sometimes even several varieties. Then finely chop or grate 150-170 grams of sausage. You can also take ham or even sausages / sausages - in general, something meat.
Add chopped cheese and ham to the mixture of sour cream and eggs, mix. And now we put the flour mixed with a pinch of baking powder. We take the sifted flour and add it not all at once, but sprinkle it in parts.
I always put flour on my eye - I focus on the thickness of the dough. It should be slightly thicker than the pancakes. But if measured in grams, then it will be about 300 grams. Optionally, put greens in the dough. With green onions, I really like it.
Next, grease the cupcake molds with vegetable or butter and fill with dough. Bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
You can also bake the cake in one large pan, and then just cut it. The cupcakes are airy, fragrant - very tasty! Bon appetit, friends!
