I often cook pizza at home, and I get it just as good as in a pizzeria. And often it's even better - because I don’t regret the pizza toppings, and my dough is excellent.

The filling is a matter of taste, but I will be happy to share the dough recipe with you.

Ingredients:

flour
yeast
water
eggs
vegetable oil
salt
sugar

When I make the dough according to this recipe, I always get the most delicious pizza. As you can see, there are few ingredients, they are all affordable and simple. I am sure that every housewife will find them.

So, take 3-4 cups of sifted flour and add 1 bag of dry yeast to it. We mix.

Next, drive in one egg, add 6 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 3 teaspoons of sugar and one glass of warm water.

Mix everything thoroughly so that the dough is elastic and smooth.

Our dough is yeast, but you don't need to wait until it rises! It can be used immediately to make pizza. The dough is kneaded in a few minutes, which is why I call it "five minutes".

We roll out the dough and then we do everything to our taste - we use different sauces and fillings. I usually have sausage / ham / sausages / chicken fillet, tomatoes, mushrooms, cheese, sometimes I take olives, pickled cucumbers - in general, everything that can be found in the refrigerator.

Well, then bake as usual. Pizza on such a dough turns out to be very tasty! Bon appetit, friends!
