Ingredients for bread:
sour cream - 6 tablespoons
flour - 2 cups
eggs - 1 pc
baking margarine or butter - 1 pack
onions - 2 pieces
processed cheese - 4 pcs
soda - 0.5 teaspoon
vegetable oil
salt
First, let's prepare the dough for our bread. Grate 1 pack of baking margarine or butter. Add 6 tablespoons of sour cream, half a teaspoon of baking soda, salt to taste and flour - about 2 cups.
Knead the dough and leave it for 10-15 minutes. At this time, we will just start preparing the filling for our bread.
So, grate 4 processed cheese, add one raw egg to them. Cut the onions into small cubes and lightly fry in vegetable oil, then add to the processed cheese. Salt and pepper to taste - the filling is ready.
Now we divide the dough into 2 parts and roll it into a cake. Put it in a greased baking dish. Place the filling and cover with the second layer of dough. We pinch the edges so that the filling is inside.
We bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until golden brown. 7-10 minutes before cooking, the bread can be additionally sprinkled with grated cheese on top - processed or regular.
