Ingredients:

zucchini
cheese
garlic
salt
spices (paprika, turmeric, pepper)
vegetable oil
mustard powder or mustard
greens

We need 1 kg of zucchini. I usually have two medium zucchini. Take the young ones, because they are the tastiest. Cut the zucchini into cubes.

We put them in a large bowl, salt to taste, it takes about 1 teaspoon of salt. You should be guided by your taste. Mix the zucchini with your hands and leave for 5 minutes.

At this time, let's start preparing the dressing. To do this, mix in a bowl 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 3 chopped cloves of garlic (you can also take dry garlic, about 1 teaspoon), half a teaspoon of black pepper, half a teaspoon of paprika and the same turmeric.

In general, you can add any spices to your taste, I write those that I put. We also put half a teaspoon of mustard powder in the dressing (you can replace it with ordinary mustard).

Now pour the dressing over the zucchini, mix and leave for 5 minutes. At this time, preheat the oven to 220 degrees.

Cover the baking sheet with parchment and lay out the zucchini. We lay them out so that the zucchini do not touch each other. If you still have the marinade, you can pour some more zucchini on it.

On top of each zucchini block, put a little cheese, just a little bit. Total cheese will need 40 grams, probably. And we send it to the oven, by this moment it should be well preheated.

We bake the zucchini in the oven for 10 minutes. Then put on a plate and sprinkle with chopped herbs. I usually take dill. Country-style zucchini is good both hot and cold. Delicious! Bon appetit, friends!
