I am sharing my favorite recipe for cottage cheese cookies that my whole family adores. I cook these cookies in the morning for breakfast, and by lunchtime there is nothing left - they are eaten instantly, because they are very tasty! Write down my favorite recipe!

Ingredients:

Cottage cheese
Sour cream
Sugar
Flour
Butter
Eggs
Salt
Soda
Vanillin or vanilla sugar
Citric acid
Raisins optional

Knead 400g of cottage cheese with a fork until smooth. Add 1 cup sugar, vanilla sugar or vanillin to taste. Drive in 2 eggs, add a pinch of salt and stir until smooth. Add raisins to the curd if desired.

Now put the sifted flour in a separate bowl. It usually takes me 2-2.5 cups, depending on how "wet" the curd is and the size of the eggs. Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda, a pinch of citric acid and mix.

Now you need to add butter or margarine for baking to the flour - 100g. Cut the butter into small pieces and grind everything with your hands or with a fork to make a crumb.

Add the resulting flour crumbs to the curd mass, knead the dough. We roll it into a layer 1.5-2 cm thick and cut out the cookies with a mold (or just a glass). You can sprinkle sugar on top.

We spread the cookies on a baking sheet, which must be covered with baking paper, or you can simply grease with a thin layer of vegetable oil.

We bake cottage cheese cookies in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. The biscuits are soft, airy - very tasty! Bon Appetit!
