How to cook
I break the bread into pieces and send it to the grinder. I use loaf most often. But any bread will do (preferably not very fresh).
Now I send a few cloves of garlic and some vegetable oil to the chopper. Any spices can be added, herbs, onions are also delicious.
I grind everything to make a crumb. You can use a meat grinder instead of a grinder. And if there is no meat grinder, you can grate the bread.
Now - on a baking sheet. And into the oven!
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. I cook croutons for about 8-10 minutes. Take a look in your oven! You can mix it once or twice.
I use it like a regular breading. Only it turns out much tastier and more aromatic! A familiar dish, but the taste is completely new!
