I remember how, even before going on maternity leave, I ran from work, hurried home, figured out what to cook. I wanted it quickly, tasty and satisfying, and so that there was still more for breakfast. And today I want to offer a dinner option for the same always in a hurry housewives🤷‍♀️. All ingredients are available, you can buy at the nearest store, and the preparation time will take only 5-7 minutes.

The first thing to do is to peel the potatoes, you need 3-4 medium sized pieces. The potatoes need to be grated on a coarse grater and covered with cold water, but for now you can prepare the rest of the ingredients.

I cut one small onion into quarters. Ham, about 200 grams, and cut one tomato into cubes. I rub 100 grams of cheese on a coarse grater and add to the potatoes, which have already been freed of excess liquid and squeezed well.

Be sure to remember to salt, add pepper and seasoning, I have one teaspoon of Provencal herbs. Now is the time to add eggs, 3-4 will be enough.

We transfer the resulting mass to an already preheated pan, where butter and olive oil have already been sent in equal proportions. Carefully level the surface with a spatula and cover with a lid for 15 minutes. Cook over medium heat.

After 15 minutes, the bottom should already have a good gilding, and you can turn our casserole to the other side, you can do this with a plate.

Cover again and leave for another 6-7 minutes.

Everything, dinner is ready! It turns out very tasty, believe me! And it is unlikely to stay for breakfast😉.
