I found this bread recipe in the book "Good nutrition in the big city" by the famous practicing dietitian blogger Dr. Regina. Soda and kefir should be mixed and left in the kitchen on the table for 20 minutes.

Whole grain and rye flour (50/50) - 350 grams
Baking soda - 2 grams (one flat teaspoon)
Salt - 2 grams (one flat teaspoon)
