Today I want to share a very simple recipe for meatballs in an incredibly tasty and tender sauce. If you want to please your loved ones with something delicious for dinner, but without much effort, then you will like the recipe. Cooking time is only 40 minutes.

So, let's start with minced meat, you can take absolutely any, I have chicken today, 500 grams. In the minced meat, I send one onion, chopped to the state of puree using a blender, and two tablespoons of oatmeal, chopped in the same way. You need to add salt and spices to taste, mix well and leave for a while while the sauce is preparing.

For the sauce, I took 250 grams of fresh champignons, washed well and cut into small cubes. I also cut one medium-sized onion into cubes, sent it to a frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry the onions for a few minutes until they become transparent and then send the mushrooms to the pan.

Salt and pepper the mushrooms immediately, mix well and cover, cook for about 10 minutes.

While the mushrooms with onions are having a great time in the pan, you can start shaping the meatballs.

After that, I add 500 ml of cream to the mushrooms, and after they boil I send meatballs to the sauce. Add 1 bay leaf and cover, carcass 15 minutes.

The result is very tasty meatballs that go well with any side dish, I serve them with buckwheat, bulgur and pasta. Be sure to try cooking.

Oat flakes 2 tbsp spoons
Champignons 250 grams
Cream 500 ml
Salt, spices to taste
