🖐From today, I decided to introduce a new section on the channel called #yanapp (I'm on the right diet). I think that now in the spring it is more relevant than ever, we will put the figure in order. These will be recipes that are low in sugar (or none at all), low in calories, healthy and delicious. Join us, we will exchange recipes and experiences.

Today I bring to your attention "pies" (I can't name them in another way) with a very healthy and tasty filling, which can be varied as you like. For the filling, you will need about 150 grams of cottage cheese, preferably homemade. To this I add frozen berries, this time gooseberries, and one tablespoon of brown sugar.

I mix the filling well and prepare the pita bread, we will use it instead of the dough. It does not contain anything but water and flour (what you need.).

I cut pita bread into rectangles, but the shape, in fact, does not matter.

Now we wrap the filling in pita bread and put it on a baking sheet. I make sure to grease the blanks with yolk and milk for a golden crust.

I send it to the oven preheated to 190 degrees for 10-13 minutes.

And wonderful delicious pies with a minimum content of sugar and flour are ready, moreover, without butter.
