🖐 Today I will share a recipe for a delicious salad. It is perfect for dinner, you can even replace it with a full meal, because this salad contains both protein and fiber. Besides, it is very colorful and juicy, it looks very attractive.
So, for this salad I use chicken meat, you can take any part of the chicken, this time I have a breast. I boiled the meat when I was preparing the soup, after it had cooled, I cut it into strips.
✍If you allow the chicken breast to cool in the broth in which it was cooked, the meat will be much juicier.
Next are the green beans. This year, my mother raised her herself in her garden, as it turned out, she grows well, the plant is not whimsical to care for. I boiled the frozen beans for 5-7 minutes and threw them in a colander and immediately poured them with ice water, so the beans retain their bright green color.
Next, canned corn and red onions are sent to the salad. I do not pickle onions. I also add salad leaves to this salad for freshness, which my husband grew on the windowsill, but this is not necessary.
I mix everything well and fill with vegetable oil. Be sure to salt and pepper to taste.
