Why soup-lego?
Because I practically put it together like constructor from a part of finished products.
And zakos under Thai in that it tasted very similar to Tom Yam Kai (this is Tom Yam with chicken).
What you need:
* boiled chicken (I had two drumsticks and broth)
* mushrooms (I have a bunch of frozen ones)
* ginger (I always have frozen plates in the freezer)
* carrot - half
* garlic - 2-3 cloves
* hot peppers (instead of chili) - we have canned
* Bulgarian pepper (you can do without it)
* cherry tomato - 2-3 pieces
* celery (without it)
* cow's milk (if there is coconut - it's generally super!
* lemon (instead of lime)

Celery and carrots pass with a little vegetable oil π
Add mushrooms, hot peppers, garlic and a little more there put out π
Then fall asleep all this into broth. Same way throw chopped cherry tomatoes. Add 1 glass of milk, give boil, then put ginger and squeeze half a lemon in the soup.
We let it boil for literally five minutes. Salt to taste. We get spicy and fragrant soup.
β I cook such a soup for one time, because when infused, ginger will give a spiciness with too much.
