- The first salad, my favorite lately. This is a delicious, hearty and moderately spicy salad with chicken breast and homemade croutons.
Ingredients:
150 grams of smoked chicken fillet
70 grams of cheese
3 boiled eggs
2 slices of Borodino bread
2 tomatoes
Greens, salt, pepper and a clove of garlic
mayonnaise 2 tbsp spoons.
How to cook: cut fillet, eggs, tomatoes and cheese into small cubes. Fry the bread in a dry frying pan and grate with a clove of garlic, and then cut into cubes in the same way. Add chopped herbs, salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Stir well and serve.
- The second salad is lighter and without mayonnaise, but very tasty and suitable for those who follow the figure.
Ingredients:
boiled chicken meat 200 grams,
white beans 150 grams,
2 medium tomatoes
1 bell pepper,
1 red onion
salt, pepper oil for dressing.
How to cook: cut the meat, tomato and pepper into cubes of the same size, add the canned beans, previously washed under running water, cut the red onion into strips, chop the greens finely. Season the salad with vegetable oil and serve.
- The third salad is also prepared without mayonnaise, although nothing prevents you from adding it if you wish.
Ingredients:
1 small chicken breast
red onion 1 pc,
green beans 150 grams,
canned corn 1 can,
vegetable oil for dressing, salt and pepper to taste.
How to cook: Boil the chicken breast and cut into cubes. Green beans are also boiled with salted water and then rinsed under running ice water so that they do not lose their color. Cut the onion into strips and add to the rest of the ingredients along with the corn. Mix everything, salt to taste and season with vegetable oil.
