Finally, the time has come for the long-awaited summer, many in their free time from work go to recreation centers, lakes or summer cottages. Therefore, I bring to your attention a recipe for a very quick snack on the road, which will take only a few minutes to cook, and everyone can find the ingredients at home.
So, to prepare the filling, boiled eggs will be required, which must be grated on a coarse grater.
We do the same with cheese, and chop the green onion finely. We send everything to the salad bowl, add one raw egg and salt to taste, mix well.
Next, the pita bread needs to be cut into rectangles of a convenient size.
I put the filling on a piece of pita bread as in the photo below 👇 and fold the roll. We do this with all the filling and pita bread.
I grease the resulting rolls with sour cream (you can replace them with yolk with milk) and send them to an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 10 minutes.
The rolls are very tasty and juicy, they can be eaten both warm and cold. It's also a great breakfast idea, rolls can be made the night before and reheated in a skillet or microwave in the morning.
