Mushroom pie puff pastry

Ingredients:

Puff pastry without yeast - 500 g
Mushroom - 500 g
Onion - 1 pc.
Thyme - 2-3 sprigs
Flour - 1 tbsp. l.
White bread without crust - 2 slices
Garlic - 2-3 cloves
Parsley - 5-7 sprigs
Ghee - 2 tbsp. l.
Egg - 1 pc.
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste

Preparation:

1. Puff pastry, thaw in the refrigerator.

2. Mushrooms cut into slices, onion - thin half-rings, 2 cloves of garlic crushed.

In a skillet, heat the 1 tablespoon. l. melted butter with garlic and thyme. Put the onion and fry until golden brown.
Add the mushrooms and cook over medium-high heat until almost cooked.

Stir flour, season with salt and pepper.
Cook for another 5 minutes.
Cool to room temperature, season to taste.


3. Bread grind in a blender into a large litter.

Garlic and parsley finely chop.
Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan and fry the breadcrumbs until golden brown.


Stir in the garlic and parsley, remove the pan from the heat. Cool to room temperature.

4. Put the dough layers on top of each other on a diagonal, to get the eight-pointed star.

Roll out the dough thickness was similar and amounted to no more than 4 mm. Transfer to a sheet of paper for baking.
Center pricked with a fork, in the "corners" do slots blinds.
Take away in the fridge for 30 minutes.

5. Preheat oven to 200 ° C.

6. Bake puff 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.

Serve hot or at room temperature.
