In the summer heat, there is absolutely no desire to stand at the stove and cook various dishes for hours, even if cooking is fun. In summer, you need to spend time much more actively in the fresh air. Therefore, I try to find recipes for dishes that require a minimum of time and effort. And here is one of these recipes - a quick ice cream made from two ingredients. The ice cream is very tasty with a delicate caramel shade, silky and moderately sweet.

The first and most important ingredient is sour cream, and it is important to choose a quality one. In general, lately I have been very picky about the choice of products, especially dairy products. I am making my choice in favor of the Prostokvashino brand, as this brand makes the highest demands on quality.

It all starts, of course, from the cows, from the farm, because the taste of milk depends on the state of health, the mood of the cows and the quality of their feed. Therefore, the most comfortable conditions have been created on the farms from where the milk for the Prostokvashino brand is taken: the barns are clean and spacious, optimal temperature, because cows do not tolerate heat well, and for the prevention of hoof diseases, cows do something like antibacterial spa.

Each cow has a unique number (almost like a passport), which allows you to monitor the health of each cow.

The cows eat in a balanced way, because they approach the preparation of feed with particular care, the diet is changed 5 times a year. The milking process is fully automated and organized so that the cows are not stressed.

The path of milk from farm to factory is also interesting. It is transported by a special milk tanker. Milk travels from farm to factory no more than 3-4 hours, and due to the fact that a certain temperature is maintained in the milk tanker, the milk remains as fresh as possible.

The resulting milk is tested for quality 65 times in total! And only after all the checks, from this milk in a closed way, that is, without air penetration, they make fresh, tasty and high-quality Prostokvashino products for 5 *.

Safety and quality - that's what I always put first. And, of course, the taste is beyond praise, especially my child loves soft cottage cheese - it flies away instantly at breakfast. Therefore, lately I have been buying only "Prostokvashino". And recently I learned to make ice cream from Prostokvashino sour cream.

For making ice cream, I use sour cream with a fat content of 10%. You only need one large package, 350 grams.

Instead of sugar, I add three teaspoons of boiled condensed milk. And here it is important that sour cream and condensed milk are of the same temperature, then they will "make friends" much faster.

With a whisk, I mix everything well and transfer the resulting mass from the container, and then into the freezer. Agree very quickly and easily! You can also add nuts or cookie crumbs, chocolate pieces or a few drops of alcohol to the ice cream (if the dessert is for adults πŸ˜‰).

The second option: the proportions are the same, but you need to replace the boiled condensed milk with the usual one and add the zest of half a lemon with a couple of tablespoons of its juice. Lemon can be substituted for orange or tangerine. It will be very tasty and unusual.
