What do you cook most often in the summer? I cook a variety of snacks, salads and most often I use fresh vegetables like tomatoes. Since starting the channel, I have tried very different recipes and, unfortunately, not all were successful, but there are three recipes that I cook often, and they do not become boring. I will briefly discuss each one, perhaps for someone they will be completely new.

1. Bruschetta with tomatoes and herbs. This recipe was shared with me a year ago by my reader, I cooked and since then this appetizer often appears on my table. This is a very tasty, satisfying, but at the same time light snack, ideal for a snack or even breakfast.

How to cook: a baguette or loaf should be cut into a thickness of 1-1.5 cm and dried in a dry frying pan on both sides. Cut ripe tomatoes into cubes, add one garlic clove (optional), Italian herbs and a little olive oil. Mix everything and put on toasted bread, sprinkle a little with grated cheese and keep under a lid on the fire until the cheese melts. I highly recommend cooking, you will not regret it!

2. "Red" salad. It is quite capable of replacing dinner or becoming a wonderful addition to dinner. I cook often too, mainly for myself when I don't want something hot.

Ingredients: boiled chicken meat 200 grams, white beans 150 grams, 2 medium-sized tomatoes, 1 bell pepper, 1 red onion, salt, pepper oil for dressing.

3. Snack tomatoes. This is a real hit! My husband loves such tomatoes very much, I serve them with any meat. I always cook a lot, because they are very tasty, and therefore "fly away" like seeds.

How to cook: Tomatoes need to be cut into large wedges. Next, you need to prepare the marinade, for this I mix vegetable oil 50 ml, water 30 ml, vinegar 9% 25 ml, sugar 3 tbsp. spoons, salt 1 tbsp. spoon, red bell pepper 1 pc, garlic 5-6 cloves. Pepper must be grated on a coarse grater without the skin.

Tomatoes should be well "bathed" in a marinade with the addition of any greens and left in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
