So, for this recipe, you will also need fresh cauliflower, which must be disassembled into inflorescences. Many wrote in the comments that it must first be boiled for 1-2 minutes. But I don't, the cabbage cooks beautifully in my oven in 30-40 minutes. Now we are preparing the sauce.

To do this, mix 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 4-5 teaspoons of tomato paste, 1 teaspoon of hot mustard, 1 teaspoon of salt and three cloves of garlic squeezed through a press. We mix everything and send it to the cabbage.

Now you need to mix everything well and it is better to do it with your hands after putting on gloves. It is necessary that each inflorescence was well smeared with sauce, it is much easier to do this with your hands.

Now put the cabbage on a baking sheet and sprinkle with grated cheese, you need only 70-100 grams.

We send the baking sheet with the contents to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

This cabbage can be eaten both cold and hot, delicious in any case. The cabbage turns out to be very spicy, with an unusual taste and aroma, not greasy, and most importantly, it is much healthier than chips and other snacks from the store. Be sure to try cooking.

1 head of cauliflower (approximately 1 kg)
