This sauce is based on fish. You can use any, but I only cooked with red fish. Today I have chum salmon, about 300 grams of fillet. It will be ideal with salmon or trout.
I cut the fish into cubes and send it to the pan where the vegetable oil has already warmed up. Pieces of fish should turn white and "grab", this happens in just 2-3 minutes.
In the meantime, I also cut one large tomato into cubes and send it to the pan to the fish. I mix everything well and pour cream. Immediately grate a small piece of cheese and send it to the pan.
Stir and leave for a couple of minutes. At this point, the pasta has already been boiled. That's all, the "bombic" (as my husband says) sauce is ready. Agree, this is sooooo simple and, believe me, incredibly tasty, it is simply not possible to tear yourself away from the plate!
