Hello dear readers, thank you for visiting my channel!

With the onset of autumn, we increasingly begin to cook from seasonal vegetables such as cabbage, carrots, pumpkin and beets. There are millions of great recipes with their "participation". Today I want to tell you what I most often cook from beets. I keep 2-3 boiled root vegetables in the fridge and cook salads a couple of times a week. And I also have one cool and budgetary beetroot snack recipe, the link is waiting for you at the end of the article.

For the first and second salad, I grate the beets on a coarse grater.

I add a little grated cheese and a small handful of chopped walnuts to the beets. I add mayonnaise and mix everything, so the salad is ready. Fast and delicious.

But if there was no walnut, you can make the second option.

To the beets and cheese in the salad bowl, I add a couple of boiled finely chopped eggs (fortunately, they are also almost always there is in the refrigerator), one also finely chopped onion and 1-2 pickles., I cut them into small cubes. I also use mayonnaise for dressing.
