Today I will share in my opinion very successful recipes for dinners that will allow working women to save their time and energy for more important and interesting things. These will be three simple recipes and I am sure that everyone will find something useful for themselves.
1.Oven casserole for which you don't need to boil anything in advance, you just need to grind the food, put it in the form and send it to the oven.
It will take about 7 minutes to prepare all the ingredients.
Ingredients: 200 g pasta, 300 g sausage or ham, 1 large tomato, 150 g hard cheese, 2 eggs, 100 g sour cream, 1 glass of water, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation: put the RAW pasta on the bottom of the dish, put the chopped ham in the next layer, diced tomato on top. Next, prepare the sauce: mix eggs, sour cream and water, add salt and spices to taste. Pour the casserole with the resulting sauce, sprinkle with cheese on top and send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
2. Pilaf in the oven. The preparation time is only 15 minutes, and the oven will do the rest.
Ingredients: steamed rice 1 cup, chicken meat 450 grams, 1 onion, 1 medium-sized carrot, 4-6 cloves of garlic, boiling water 2 cups, salt and spices to taste
Preparation:First you need to send onions and carrots to a frying pan, then we do meat. Cut the meat into small pieces, season with salt and pepper. Onions and carrots are sent to the bottom of the mold, then rice and garlic. Put the meat on top and fill it with two glasses of boiling water. At this point, the oven should be well preheated. We cover the form with a lid or foil and send it to the oven for 1 hour.
3. In general, it's as easy as shelling pears - Tuna with rice in 20 minutes.
Ingredients: 1 can of canned tuna in its own juice, 1 cup of rice, 1 onion, cheese to serve (optional), salt and pepper to taste
Preparation: Fry diced onions in vegetable oil, then send rice to it and mix well, pour hot water and cook under a lid until the rice is cooked. Add the tuna 2 minutes until tender and mix well. Put on a plate and sprinkle with some cheese (optional).
