Sometimes in the middle of the working week you want a holiday, but at the same time spend as little time, effort and money as possible. I propose a simple but very tasty salad, which we have prepared 5 times over the past month. All ingredients are very simple and affordable.
Most often, I cook this salad at the same time as chicken soup, I take part of the boiled meat for the salad. This time it was half of the breast, I cut it into medium-sized cubes. I also add ham to this salad, about 200 grams, but this is optional.
There is almost always a jar of pickles in the refrigerator (thanks to my husband's mother), 2-3 pieces, depending on the size, I also cut into cubes.
I also cut two boiled eggs into a salad, you can do more, but this amount suits me.
And last but not least, I add grated cheese,
about 100 grams, I have "Belebeyevsky", I like this brand very much lately. You can also add a few feathers of green onions to this salad, it will add piquancy, but I didn't have it this time.
Recently, I began to fill such salads with a mixture of yogurt and lemon juice, it turns out much easier and not as high in calories as with mayonnaise, I recommend.
