I am again in search of quick recipes for delicious dishes, I found several. Here I am sharing an awesome casserole recipe, which was originally in a slightly different version, but I made my own change and it turned out to be a BOMB! I think many will like it as much as I do.

I begin the preparation of the casserole by preparing the minced meat, which I fried in a dry pan with the addition of finely chopped onions, this takes about 10 minutes. Minced meat can be anything, I also added the hop-suneli seasoning.

Simultaneously with minced meat, broccoli can also be prepared. It needs to be boiled in salted water for about 5 minutes.

Next, I cut the broccoli into small pieces of a convenient size, put in a mold. You need to break one or two chicken eggs, mix well and pour this mixture over broccoli.

On top of the vegetables, you need to put the ready-made minced meat and also pour the egg mixture of two eggs. I cut one tomato into thin slices and put it on top of the meat.

Next, you can cover the tomatoes with grated cheese, or, like me, with sour cream. With sour cream, it turns out less in calories.

Now we send the almost finished casserole to an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

The result is a very tasty, satisfying and healthy casserole, suitable for those who follow a healthy diet. And most importantly, its preparation does not take much time.

Ingredients:
broccoli - 500-600 grams
minced meat - 500 grams
Sour cream - 30-50 grams
onions -1 pc
chicken eggs - 4 pieces
tomato - 1-2 pieces
salt, pepper to taste
