🖐 Today I will share the original recipe for making gratin. This recipe is suitable for those who love tasty and hearty food, but monitor their blood sugar levels, because the basis of this dish is bulgur.

So, 1 glass of bulgur should be rinsed well and poured with 1 glass of water, put on fire. The groats should be boiled until half cooked.

While the bulgur is boiling, cut two large onions into half rings and fry in vegetable oil until soft.

In the meantime, 250 grams of champignons should be washed well, peeled and cut not very finely. Send them to the onion and continue cooking until all the liquid has evaporated. Mushrooms should be immediately seasoned with salt and pepper to taste.

After there is no excess moisture in the pan, add cream, or, like me, sour cream, 250 grams. Mix well and warm up for about 5 minutes. Garlic can be added if desired.

Next, the finished bulgur must be transferred to a baking dish, then spread the mushrooms and onions on top evenly.

The last layer is cheese. It needs to be grated, the amount needs to be determined according to your taste, I added 150 grams.

We send the form into an oven already preheated to 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

The result is an incredibly aromatic, tasty and satisfying dish. Be sure to try cooking.

sour cream or cream 250 grams
