It is prepared from only three simple ingredients, including seaweed, and in this version I eat it with pleasure. I hope you enjoy this recipe too!
Ingredients:
Seaweed - 250 g
Korean carrots - 250 g
Sweet and sour apple - 1 pc.

Korean carrots! You can cook it yourself if you have a special shredder - it is very easy to prepare, and moreover, you can "tailor" it to your taste preferences. That is, to make it sweeter or more spicy... But, if all the same it seems too laborious for you, Korean carrots can be bought in almost any hypermarket / supermarket. I make such carrots myself.
It is better to take an apple for a salad with sourness, this gives a certain taste - it must be cut into thin cubes, it is even possible with the peel.
Add the chopped apple to the bowl of Korean carrots, and now, of course, add the seaweed. And that's it ...
For the dressing, you can add some vegetable oil or even mayonnaise, but I do not do this - I don’t fill it because Korean carrots include vegetable oil. And, this salad does not need to be salted, and cabbage and carrots have a sufficient amount of salt. We just mix everything and serve it to the table. Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
