On my channel, I have already published many recipes for various pies - sweet and savory. Some recipes have already been repeatedly tried by me and there are the most favorite ones, I bake such pies more often than others. But, each time there are new recipes - and, this time found on the Internet a recipe for "royal" cheesecake with meat. Now this is one of my favorite meat pies!

Today I want to share this recipe with you, try it - I'm sure you will like the result too!

Cooking ingredients:

For sand crumbs:
Butter - 150 g
Flour - 300 g
Baking powder - 1 tsp l.
Salt - 1/3 tsp l.
For filling:
Chicken fillet - 400 g
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Sour cream - 100 g
Vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp. l.
Mustard - 1 tsp l.
Salt, black pepper - to taste

Let's move on to cooking ...

First, let's prepare the filling - since the chicken meat should lie for a while in the marinade and marinate. You can also take chicken breast and simply cut the meat from other parts of the chicken and cut into small pieces.

We put the chopped chicken pieces in a bowl, break the eggs, add sour cream, mustard, a little salt, black pepper to taste ...

... mix and leave for about 20 minutes to marinate.

Meanwhile, peel the onion, chop it and fry it in a little vegetable oil until transparent and light golden hue. Transfer the fried onions to a bowl of meat.

Now you can make the cake crumb. It can be prepared with a blender or by hand. If you have a blender, pour the sifted flour into the bowl, add salt, baking powder and cold butter, cut into random pieces. Grind everything to a state of small crumbs. If there is no blender, sift the flour into any suitable bowl, add salt, baking powder, and rub the butter on a coarse grater or also cut into small pieces. Then we rub everything thoroughly, but quickly with our hands - you will also get a small oily crumb.

For baking such a cake, it is better to use a split form, it is more convenient to get the whole cake out of it. You can use any other baking dish - but then you have to cut the pie right in it. Lubricate the form with a small amount of vegetable oil, fill in about 3/4 of the crumb, lightly tamp it along the bottom and make sides, 3-4 cm apart.

Add the filling.

And we fill in the remaining amount of sand crumbs.

We bake the cake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Let the finished cake cool completely in the form, and then transfer it to a plate and cut into portions (or cut directly in the form). The pie turns out to be very tasty - crumbly dough and the most delicate, juicy filling. Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
