Hello, my name is Oksana! I am glad to welcome everyone who has looked at my page. I hope the recipes I published turned out to be interesting and useful to you - read, write comments, and of course, Subscribe!

Today I am preparing a jellied pie with potatoes and cabbage - kefir-based batter, stewed vegetables. The dough is very light, the filling is completely baked - the pie is delicious!

Cooking ingredients:

For the test:
Kefir - 500 ml
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
Sugar - 2 tsp l.
Salt - 1 tsp l.
Soda - 1 tsp l.
Flour - 300-400 g
For filling:
White cabbage - 250 g
Potatoes - 2-3 pcs. (also about 250 g)
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil (for frying) - 2-3 tbsp. l.
Salt, spices, black pepper, herbs - to taste
You can use a little sesame to sprinkle the cake.

We start by preparing the filling: chop the cabbage, just like, for example, on the cabbage soup. Cut the peeled potatoes into small cubes, chop the onion arbitrarily - into cubes, half rings, quarter / rings.

Now put all the vegetables in the pan at the same time, pour the vegetable oil, put the spices (dried herbs), black pepper, salt, mix. And, simmer under a closed lid almost until tender, stirring vegetables from time to time.

Transfer the finished stewed vegetables from the pan to a bowl and cool.

For the dough, slightly heat the kefir in the microwave (or take it out of the refrigerator in advance), break the eggs, add salt, sugar, soda, mix.

Now we sift the flour into the mixture, and start the dough like for pancakes.

A baking dish (I have a diameter of 24 cm), grease with a small amount of butter, sprinkle a little with flour, and pour half of the prepared dough. Putting the filling.

Now pour the rest of the dough over the filling - distribute it evenly, and sprinkle with sesame seeds - this is only if you have it and you want it.

We bake the pie in the oven at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
