The recipe for the simplest kefir pie with the addition of semolina - that is, it's a manna! The recipe does not contain butter and eggs - and, even here, you do not need to waste time on swelling semolina, the whole cooking process exactly the test will take you less than 5 minutes... And there, you just have to wait for the cake to be baked! The crumb turns out to be very tender, crumbly - and, always always without exception, baked perfectly!

Ingredients (used 200 ml glass):

Kefir - 2 glasses
Semolina - 2 glasses
Sugar - 2 cups
Flour - 2 cups
Vegetable oil - 1 glass
Baking powder - 2 tsp l.

If you make a cake like this for the first timeand still not surethat you will succeed, reduce the indicated amount of products by 2 times and prepare a small pie.

And, now cooking! To do this, put all the specified ingredients in a bowl one by one, and stir with a mixer until smooth. And with that, the dough is ready... And if there is a proper kitchen equipment, that is, a food processor or a blender, feel free to use them - put everything in the bowl, and the equipment will mix everything for you. The dough should be medium thick and fall off the shoulder with ribbons.

Now, grease the selected baking dish (frying pan) with a small amount of butter (3 g), sprinkle a little with flour and pour in the finished dough.

We bake the pie in the oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

We take out the baked pie from the oven, and let it stand for 7-10 minutes in the form, after which we transfer it to a dish. Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
