Hello, my name is Oksana! I am glad to welcome everyone who has looked at my page. I hope the recipes I published will be interesting and useful for you - read, write comments, and of course, Subscribe!
Since the founding of my channel, I have published, probably, more than 10 different recipes for meat and vegetable cutlets (somehow even a little): this is quick "lazy" meat cutlets without molding, cutlets with oatmeal, cutlets with cheese filling, there is a recipe for cutlets without meat at all ...
But, they are all high in calories, fried - and in some recipes, in the comments, are asked to cook something so that "pancreatitis does not torture"!
I suggest ... Budget chicken fillet cutlets with cabbage in the oven!
What is required for cooking:
Minced chicken (more dietary from the breast) - 150 g
Cabbage - 350 g
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Sour cream 15%, can be replaced with mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l.
Baking powder - 1 tsp l.
Salt, pepper, spices - to taste
Flour - 3 tbsp. l. (50 g)
Greens to taste
Let's get started ...
White cabbage and onions must be finely chopped - you can do it by hand, with a knife, or use a thin shredder. Next, put the chopped vegetables in one bowl, and pour boiling water, literally for 5 minutes - the cabbage will become softer, and the bitterness will disappear from the onion. Although this is my option ... Some may prefer to use the onion unsealed.
After 5 minutes, pour the cabbage and onions into a colander, squeeze out the water, and put it back in a bowl. Add chopped greens (any to taste), and all other ingredients, except for baking powder and flour, and mix. We control the amount of salt, pepper and spices to our liking.
And, now, add the flour along with the baking powder. I needed 3 tablespoons of flour with a small slide, but the amount can vary - the mass should not spread. And by the way, you can use ground oatmeal instead of flour.
From this mass, 12 (and maybe more) cutlets are formed, we transfer them to a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, and send bake in the oven ...
... and these cutlets are baked in the oven 30 minutes, at a temperature of 190-200 degrees. Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
