In such a beetroot, a whole "set of usefulness" for the cold season:

***beet will help increase hemoglobin, improve liver function and normalize blood pressure

***carrot stabilizes glucose levels, improves the digestive tract and strengthens the immune system

***onion and garlic -natural antibiotics, which means they will protect against colds

***potatoes -contains potassium, which will help to remove excess fluid

***olives help to remove manifestations of allergies

This time I cooked beetroot with homemade stew (how to cook it at home in just three hours, read in my publications) But you can cook beetroot and lean, without meat.

What you need:

* beets - 1 piece
* carrots - 1 piece
* onion - 1 piece
* potatoes - 1 piece
* garlic - 3-4 cloves
* olives - 6-7 pieces
* a can of homemade stew (or other broth)

Stew fill in water and put there to boil potatoes. In a skillet with vegetable oil lay out first beets and good brown 👇
