Do you want to bake something tasty for tea? And from simple products, and from a minimum amount! Then, you will be interested in my today's recipe!
And, today, I make fluffy buns stuffed with nuts and raisins, and the dough is kneaded without using yeast. And you can make any filling.
I recommend that you try to bake these buns at least once!
Cooking ingredients:
For the test:
Cottage cheese - 150-170 g
Sugar - 90-100 g
Milk - 100 ml
Vegetable oil - 50 ml
Vanillin - to taste
Salt - a pinch
Baking powder - 1 tsp l.
Flour - about 300 g, maybe a little more
For filling:
Raisins - 100 g
Walnuts - 100
Sugar - 1/2 tbsp. l.
To grease buns: 1 chicken egg
Begin...
Unfortunately, there is no photo of me doing the filling!!! Since, in fact, this mixture of raisins and walnuts was originally simply prepared as a "paste" for tea! And already the leftovers were used as a filling for these buns. And, as I said, you can make any filling, for example, curd.
And the filling used is done like this: We wash the raisins, then, together with the walnuts, we scroll through a meat grinder or in a blender and mix with sugar. Everything!
Cooking the dough ... Put cottage cheese in a bowl, add sugar, vanillin, salt and rub with a whisk or mixer.
Then pour in milk, vegetable oil, mix.
Next, sift the flour and add the baking powder. The amount of flour can be different - first add, only somewhere 200 grams. Then put the contents of the bowl on the table, and add the required amount of flour here. As a result, the dough should be soft, but not sticky.
We immediately roll it into a rectangular layer, 0.5 cm thick. Cut into strips - 12-15 cm long and up to 5 cm wide.
Put the filling on one edge and roll it into rolls.
We transfer to a baking sheet covered with parchment paper - seam down. And, grease on top with a beaten egg, or just with yolk... Or just milk! And you can not lubricate anything at all!
Buns are baked in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees - 25-30 minutes. Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
Sincerely, Oksana!
