Hello, my name is Oksana! I am glad to welcome everyone who has looked at my page. I hope the recipes I published will be interesting and useful for you - read, write comments, and of course, subscribe!

If you want to indulge your loved ones with homemade cakes, then indulge in - do not put it on the back burner! And the most "cozy" and "warm" pastries, I consider pies.

About a month ago, on my channel, I published a recipe for baked pies with meat filling on kefir dough. Lush, soft and delicious!

And today I want to bring to your attention a recipe for a very quick yeast dough for fried pies. When I saw this recipe on YouTube, I didn't believe in such cooking! The dough is kneaded and the pies are baked immediately - and, what are they getting magnificent !!! I tried to cook and I succeeded. Try it yourself and see for yourself!

Ingredients for making the dough:

Pressed yeast - 40 g
Warm water - 250 ml
Boiling water - 250 ml
Sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
Salt - 1 tsp l.
Vegetable oil - 50 ml
Flour - 750 g
Any filling for pies

I will clarify once again about the filling - it can be absolutely any! Mashed potatoes, stewed cabbage, vegetable with meat, and even sweet.

Today I have a filling of boiled eggs and green onions: boil eggs hard-boiled, cut into cubes, add chopped green onions, salt, pepper.

And now let's move on to making the dough ...

First, pour 250 ml into a bowl warm water, crumbling compressed yeast.

Add sugar, salt and vegetable oil, mix.

We immediately sift into this mixture half a kilo flour. And, again, mix everything with a spatula, or a whisk, or a spoon... And, at this stage, you do not need to strictly stir in all the flour.

Now we take 250 ml of boiling water - Yes, yes, I was shocked too! And, pour it into a bowl. And, immediately we begin to actively stir the dough with a spatula, so that flour custards do not have time to form.

When the consistency is homogeneous, remove the spatula (it will no longer be useful), pour in another 250 g of flour and now, with our hands, knead the denser and "correct" dough.

Immediately, without any proofing, we divide it into small pieces for pies. The dough is sticky enough, so you have to sprinkle it with flour or add oil.

Then everything is as usual with pies - we round, roll out, put the filling.

And, we make pies!

Fry the pies in well-heated vegetable oil, from 2 sides until golden brown, over medium heat. And, they really turn out to be very tasty !!!

From this amount of dough, two huge bowls of fluffy pies are made. The egg filling was enough for me only for half the dough, the rest was made with currants. Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
