Some time ago, I published a recipe for lush, lean yeast pancakes on my channel. To prepare such pancakes, a minimum set of products is required and they are made very quickly.

And today I want to bring to your attention a completely opposite recipe - thin, not lean pancakes at all, with a very interesting texture! The pancakes are thin, but without holes... And wavy or "velvety" - like sand in the desert. I really liked this effect. Try it and you will cook them, I'm sure you will like them too!

Cooking ingredients:

Milk - 500 ml
Boiling water - 500 ml
Flour - 500 g
Chicken eggs - 4 pcs.
Sugar - to taste (I have 2 tbsp. l.)
Salt - 2 pinches
Vanillin - to taste
Vegetable oil - 50 ml

Let's get started ...

First, break the eggs into a bowl, add salt, sugar and vanillin ...

... And with a mixer, beat. Of course, you can do without a mixer, and use a whisk - but, using the first kitchen equipment, everything will go much faster.

Next, pour in milk - the temperature of this product does not matter, you can take a cold one straight from the refrigerator. Beat a little with a mixer.

Now we sift the entire amount of flour at once and beat again with a mixer. The dough turns out to be a little thick - as if not for thin pancakes, but further the situation is improving ...

Boiling water! We pour it gradually into the dough, while working with a mixer. Nothing will cook, eggs will not curl - and there will be no lumps. And, the dough will be the desired consistency for thin pancakes. At the very end, pour in vegetable oil, mix and let stand for 10 minutes.

We start to fry pancakes. In principle, the pan does not need to be greased with anything, but if there is any doubt that the pancakes will stick, you can grease it with vegetable oil for the first time. Fry on 2 sides, and here you will see this interesting texture of these pancakes. Cook, taste, enjoy your tea!
