There are a huge number of dishes that can be prepared with a minimum of food and effortlessly.
Some time ago I published on my channel a recipe for "Lazy" mini-pizzas or hot sausage sandwiches in the oven, which you can quickly cook.
I will post a link to this recipe at the bottom of this article, check it out, you may want to cook them this weekend.
And today I want to bring to your attention an even simpler and more interesting version of snack sandwiches in a frying pan... With onion! don't wrinkle your nose right away - they are really delicious, but with sour cream... Simply delicious!
Cooking ingredients:
Several slices of loaf
Bulb onions - 1-2 pcs.
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Salt, black pepper - to taste
A small amount of oil for frying
Let's get started ...
Cut a sandwich loaf or even just bread into slices up to 2 cm thick. The number of slices will depend on the amount of filling, so don't cut too much bread until 6-8 slices.
Cut the onions into small cubes.
Now break 1 egg into a bowl, beat it with a whisk, add a little salt and black pepper.
Add chopped onion and mix.
We spread each slice of bread with the made mass.
It remains only to fry! Pour some vegetable oil into the pan (3 tbsp. l. Enough), heat up and put the sandwiches, with the filling on the pan. Fry for some time over low heat, the onion filling should brown. Then turn over and fry for literally one more minute on the other side. Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
