Hello, my name is Oksana! I am glad to welcome everyone who has looked at my page. I hope the recipes I published will be interesting and useful for you - read, write comments, and of course, subscribe!
Even the cheapest and simplest products can be used to prepare a dish - quickly and tasty.
In one of the publications in May, she told me how I cook fried liver with onions in a pan. In this version, it does not need to be soaked in milk or doused in flour - and it always turns out to be very soft and tasty.
The link to the recipe will be at the bottom of the publication!
Today, liver is on my menu again - and this time I'll tell you how I cook it in the oven. A very simple recipe is a suitable option at that time if you come home from work and do not have time to stand at the stove at all. You won't even have to stain the dishes!
Cooking ingredients:
Any liver - 500 g, or as much as you need
Onions - 1-2 heads, depending on how much you like them
Salt, black pepper to taste
Let's get started ...
This recipe can be used to make any liver you like. It must be rinsed and cut into small pieces or cubes.
Now we take some small baking dish, cover the foil inside, forming the shape of a bowl and put the liver in it. Add onions, cut into half rings, salt, pepper, mix slightly - during the baking process, the salt is still evenly distributed. We close the edges of the foil and send them to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. Depending on which liver you use, the cooking time will depend - 20-35 minutes
The liver is very tasty and tender - and nothing else needs to be added! Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
