Hello, my name is Oksana! I am glad to welcome everyone who has looked at my page. I hope the recipes I published will be interesting and useful to you - read, write comments, and of course, Subscribe!
Going through old things, sometimes you can find something interesting and eye-catching. Last week, going through things in my mom's house, I found my old notebook for the fifth grade at work!!! And so many memories at once ...
And before, in labor lessons, girls were still taught to cook a little - we baked pancakes, cooked muffins, cookies and even cooked borscht!
One of the entries turned out to be a cookie recipe - and I want to bring it to your attention.
Cooking ingredients:
Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
Sugar - 3 tbsp. l. (in the dough) and a little more for sprinkling
Butter - 70 g
Sour cream - 1 tbsp. l. with a slide (30-35 g)
Salt - a pinch
Vanillin - to taste
Soda - 1/2 tsp l. slaked vinegar, or 1 tsp. l. baking powder
Flour - 250 g
Let's get started ...
Break the egg into a bowl, add sugar and, with the help of available tools (fork, whisk), grind until whitened. This time I used a mixer ...
Add soft butter, sour cream, salt and vanillin to taste, mix.
Sift the flour together with the baking powder, or, in the old fashioned way, add soda - slaked with vinegar, and knead the soft dough.
Divide the finished dough into several parts and roll it out into small sausages. Cut into small pieces - in half a walnut, and roll up the balls.
Roll the made balls on all sides in sugar.
We spread them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, at a short distance from each other.
We bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 7-10 minutes - as soon as the blush appears, the cookies are definitely ready! That's all - invite your boys to drink tea! Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
