Sometimes it is very interesting and useful to turn over your old culinary notes - you will definitely find some forgotten, but very good recipe.

Just two weeks ago, I published a recipe on my channel the simplest shortbread cookie, which we baked as schoolchildren in labor lessons. And, as it turned out, the recipe seems to be known to everyone, but somehow it was somehow forgotten.

A lot of warm comments were added - it was very pleasant to read them, I will leave a link to the recipe for this cookie at the bottom of this publication.

And today I want to bring to your attention another cookie recipe, for the preparation of which the dough will need scroll through the meat grinder - you get a very original shape. Preparing quickly, simply, try it and see for yourself!

And, I want to say right away that I cook according to old records - and before everything was measured in glasses, so a lot of dough is obtained. You can reduce the proportions of ingredients by half.

Cooking ingredients:

Creamy margarine - 250 g
Sour cream - 250 g
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs. or only 3 yolks
Sugar - 1 glass
Soda (slaked with vinegar) - 1 tsp l. can be replaced with baking powder
Vanillin - to taste
Flour - about 4 glasses

Let's get started ...

Break the eggs into a bowl, add sugar, and beat well with a mixer until a fluffy egg mass is obtained. There are two cooking options in this recipe - with the addition of 2 whole eggs or only 3 yolks. If you use only yolks, the cookies will be more crumbly.

Now add sour cream, soft margarine, slaked soda, mix.

Next, sift the flour and knead the soft dough. Wrap the finished dough in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for a while.

After about half an hour, we take out the dough from the refrigerator, take out the meat grinder - remove the knife from it. Divide the dough into small pieces and start scrolling through a meat grinder - we form cookies in the shape of a "Chrysanthemum" flower.

Put the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

We bake in the oven at 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes. You can sprinkle the finished cookies with icing sugar on top. Cook, taste, have a pleasant tea party!
