Recipe for meatballs "AS in the garden"

Ingredients for the meatballs:

Ground meat (pork in this case) - 400 g
Figure - 1 \ 2 cup kruglozernennogo
Onion - 1 medium onion
Egg - 1 pc.
Flour for breading

Vegetable oil (frying)


For the gravy:

Tomato paste - 1 tsp
Flour - 1 tablespoon
Cream (cream) - 1 tablespoon
Water - 1.5 cups water
Lavrvy sheet
Allspice peas

Preparation:

1. Meat scroll through a meat grinder, or buy ready-made stuffing.

2. Onions finely chop the blender or mince.

3. Boil the rice until cooked. Cool slightly.

4. Mix the minced meat, egg, onion, rice.

Mix well.

5. Form meatballs diameter of about 4.5 - 5 cm.

Roll in flour.

Lay on a heated pan with vegetable oil.

Fry on all sides (it takes about 5 minutes); cover is not closed.

Then pour into the pan 1 cup boiling water so that the water level to half meatballs. Simmer 10-15 minutes.

6. In half a glass of warm water add cream or sour cream and flour.

Add the tomato paste and all mix well to avoid lumps. Pour into the pan.

Sauce salt, spice 2 peas allspice 1-2 bay leaves.
Simmer for 5-7 minutes more. All! Meatballs are ready!


Serve meatballs with any garnish, e.g., mashed potatoes.
